Young Entrepreneurs from Jordan, Lebanon, and The United Arab Emirates Visit LaGrange County

Recently, the Town of Shipshewana and the LaGrange County Economic Development Corporation welcomed a group of young entrepreneurs from the Middle East to LaGrange County.  The group, sponsored by the Great Lakes Consortium for International Training and Development included entrepreneurs from Jordan, Lebanon, and the United Arab Emirates. 
 
The entreprenuers were representing various industries, including agriculture, manufacturing, and professional consultancy firms, and paid a visit to LaGrange County to experience the rural Indiana culture and to learn more about the Amish culture.  While in Shipshewana, the group visited numerous local attractions, including the Menno-Hof Amish/Mennonite Infomation Center and Hostetler's Hudson Auto Museum in additon to learning more about the Town of Shipshewana.  Additionally, the group we able to tour the nearby manufacturing facility for KZ-RV, which is headquarted in Shipshewana, IN and is one of the worlds leading manufacturers of fifth wheels, travel trailers, and toy haulers.
