This property also has a Title V Air Permit that would just need to be unsuspended.
In addition, this property has been evaluated and cleared for endangered species, storm water run-off, soil testing, mitigated wet lands (1.6 acres), required road & lighting and rail siding design improvements and various other specific requirements for a new project, that would go with the property when sold.
