2025 LaGrange County Legacy Award Finalists Announced
LaGrange, IN – The LaGrange County Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the finalists for the 2025 Legacy Award. These prestigious awards honor the businesses, organizations, and individuals whose efforts have made a lasting, positive impact on the LaGrange County community through leadership, innovation, and service.

Small Business of the Year:

Large Business of the Year:

– LigTel Communication
Educator of the Year:
– Kurt Stump, Westview
– Billie Loraine, Lakeland
– Mike Schmidt, Prairie Heights
Professional of the Year:
– Sonya Nash
– Dr. Traci Blaize
– Joe Urbanski
Young Professional of the Year:
– Cole Alber
– Jessica Bratt
– Emilee Buller
“These finalists represent the heart of our community,” said Sara Patrick, Executive Director of the Chamber. “Their dedication to making LaGrange County a better place is an inspiration, and we are excited to celebrate their achievements. We want to thank the community who submitted nominations.”
The winners of the 2025 Legacy Awards will be announced during the Chamber’s Annual Meeting on January 9 at the Blue Gate Garden Inn. This event will bring together business leaders, community members, and stakeholders to recognize excellence, celebrate accomplishments, and chart a vision for the future of LaGrange County.
