Applications are now open for Leadership La­Grange County 2025, an initiative led by the La­Grange County Econom­ic Development Corpo­ration (LCEDC) and the LaGrange County Cham­ber of Commerce. This leadership development program is designed to equip local profession­als with the skills, con­nections, and knowledge needed to strengthen La­Grange County’s work­force and community.

2025 Leadership LaGrange, An Initiative of LaGrange County EDC and LaGrange County Chamber of Commerce

Leadership LaGrange County 2025 will run from May through De­cember, with sessions held on the third Friday of each month at rotat­ing locations throughout the county. The program will begin with a full-day summit in May, followed by six focused sessions from June to December. The kickoff summit will feature Gallup’s Clifton Strengths, helping par­ticipants identify and leverage their unique strengths to become more effective leaders. The following sessions will cover a range of personal and profession­al development topics, guided discussions on impactful leadership books, and panel discus­sions with experienced local leaders who will share insights on leader­ship in LaGrange Coun­ty.

By blending hands-on learning, mentorship, and community connec­tions, Leadership La­Grange County aims to develop and empower the next generation of leaders who will drive growth and innovation in the region. Whether participants are seasoned professionals, emerging leaders, or individuals passionate about mak­ing a difference, this program offers a unique opportunity to enhance leadership skills and en­gage with the communi­ty.
